By downloading, installing, or using Style Swap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Style Swap ("we", "our", or "us").
Style Swap is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to:
The App uses artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini) to generate images. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent real garments or appearances.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You do not need to provide personal information to use the basic features of the App.
The App provides a limited number of free generations. Once free credits are exhausted, a subscription is required for continued use.
Style Swap offers the following subscription tiers:
Paid subscribers may purchase additional credit packs as consumable in-app purchases. These credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page.
You agree NOT to use the App to:
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
The App, including its design, code, and style presets, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating AI-transformed images.
AI-generated images created through the App are provided for your personal use. You may save, share, and use generated images, but you are solely responsible for how you use them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Gemini API, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple's App Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
As the App is distributed through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail to the extent required.
